Our approach is guided by WCAG 2.2 AA principles. This is not a certification or an independent audit.
Keyboard and screen readers
Use Tab to move between controls, Enter/Space to activate buttons and Escape to close dialogs or menus. Dropdowns use labelled expanded states; pages have landmarks and a skip-to-content link. Assistive-technology review remains necessary.
Zoom, text and contrast
Layouts are designed to reflow and body copy aims to remain readable. Use your browser’s zoom and text settings. Please contact us if contrast or usability prevents you from accessing information.
Forms and errors
Inputs have labels and validation. Error summaries link to invalid fields where supported, and enquiry availability is shown before submission. Do not include sensitive documents in general enquiry fields.
Images and motion
The supplied logos retain descriptive alternative text. Decorative visuals do not convey essential information alone. Reduced-motion preferences are respected, and the ticker can be paused.
Known limitations
Tables may scroll within their containers. A complete independent screen-reader/assistive-technology audit has not been performed. Broker and staff areas require authentication.
