BuySure Trust & Insurance Services GB Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Firm Reference Number 306038.
Recorded permissions and limitations
Our permissions include advising, arranging and making arrangements for regulated mortgage contracts; advising and arranging within non-investment insurance; credit broking; debt adjusting and debt counselling excluding debt management; and advising on peer-to-peer agreements. We are also registered for consumer buy-to-let business as an adviser and arranger. These permissions have defined scopes and limitations: they do not mean that every advertised service is regulated or currently offered. BuySure cannot hold or control client money.
Separate services
FCA authorisation does not extend to all BuySure services. Digital membership tools and business support are separate from regulated mortgage and insurance services. BuySure is not Funding Circle’s lender.
Customer information
